Case Study

The Challenge: UV coating streaks causing client rejections. Standard distributor couldn't provide custom specifications for hybrid digital-flexo process.

Our Solution: Custom-engineered coating roller with modified 68 Shore A durometer and precision laminating rollers to ±0.002" tolerance.
